Top 10 healthiest breakfast (how to cook)

 


What is the healthiest breakfast meal you prefer?

It depends on each person, whether they eat a light, semi or heavy breakfast. Some people don’t eat breakfast at all, and that’s okay because everyone’s response to food is different.

Here are my suggestions for breakfast food:

  • oatmeal - you can always customize this, add melted peanut butter to add extra protein and healthy fats to it, and add banana, flax seeds, granola, shredded coconut, and trail mix! you can also substitute peanut butter with honey or agave
  • toast, tea biscuit
  • omelet with tomatoes, green onions, red onions, and spinach
  • some type of meat: sausage, bacon
  • Incorporate some fruit, like bananas or apples (with peanut butter or cookie butter is good!).
  • Vegetable fried rice—I suggest having this in the morning because it contains a lot of carbohydrates, which take a long time for a person to digest, and also provides a lot of energy throughout the day.
  • yogurt with granola and berries

Beverage options:

  • coffee, tea
  • juice
  • fruit smoothie

Try different things, and listen to what your body needs.

Whatever you eat at the beginning of the day will affect how you react to things all throughout the day.
